Well, just one clementine for now. Introducing the first clementine (creative team member) of Citrus and Mint---Tiffany! I met Tiffany on Pixel Scrapper and started following her on Pinterest. She's got great ideas and great scrapbooking style. She's a mom of three and fellow creative spirit (probably a kindred spirit too). It's funny because even though we haven't ever physically met, I think she knows my tastes better than some of my friends! All of the layouts in this post are hers. Aren't they fabulous? I love how she always uses lots of elements. You can also check out her other layouts at her Pixel Scrapper gallery HERE. Recently I checked my freebie downloads and saw that some kits had more than 2500 downloads! That's awesome! I love that people are enjoying my designs! It got me thinking about where those 2500 people are and what their creations look like [. . .] Then the lovely Tiffany emailed me with the idea to start a creative team. Designing a new kit is fun, but it also sucks my creative juices. By the time I'm done drawing and packaging it up, I have little energy left to do example pages with it. Tiffany has graciously offered to be the first member of my creative team. This isn't a traditional scrapbooking CT since I don't release kits on any sort of timetable or sell them. It would be pretty informal and casual. When I'm done with a kit, I'll email it to CT members. The CT members will create a layout with it and email it back to me by a certain date. Then the layouts would be included on the blog and also in the gallery that I create for the creative team. It's an excellent way to show off your creations and push yourself to get some layouts done! If you are interested in send me an email with a link to your gallery or attach some of your layouts so I can see your work!
If you don't want to be part of the team, but still want to occasionally show off your layouts or other projects using my kits, you can be part of the monthly blog posts "citrus and mint around the web" where I will showcase layouts and crafts of people using my designs. If you want to be featured in the next post, email the layout/project(s) to citrusandmintdesigns@gmail.com! I look forward to seeing your work!
